Not able to Compile ATF

Description

Hey Everyone,

I am unable to compile the Arm Trusted Firmware by using the arm toolchain....
I am using the following link to download the toolchain: https://developer.arm.com/downloads/-/arm-gnu-toolchain-downloads and using this version to cross compile "arm-gnu-toolchain-12.2.MPACBTI-Rel1-x86_64-arm-none-eabi.tar.xzarm-gnu-toolchain-12.2.MPACBTI-Rel1-x86_64-arm-none-eabi.tar.xz"
