Description

There are multiple errors relating to linker include file handling:

embedded_set_target_link_includes in BuildSys.cmake misuses the INCLUDES parameter
Fix the syntax of the linker include switch in CompilerArmClangCommon.cmake and in CompilerGNUARMCommon.cmake
