Add the following improvements & fixes to iat-verifier script:

• remove security EPOCH claim, it is not part of IAT token
• replace yaml loader to safe version
• add option to generate raw CBOR structure, without COSE signature from yaml template
• change error handling of unexpected claim to not cause an error
