Implement design proposal for Musca-S1 PSA L2 ready certification

Description

OTP memory on Musca-S1 is volatile so it does not match with PSA certification requirements. Implement a workaround to make PSA L2 ready certification possible. Basic idea is to copy OTP content to eMRAM area and use keys from there.
