Hafnium was originally designed for EL2 only. Now we need to support S-EL2 as well, so we need to design the system such that services may be hosted in normal-world VMs or secure VMs. It should all be transparent for a client’s perspective.

PSA FF-A will cover some of these details but not all of them.
