Description

Split the dummy_crypto_key.c file in Musca-B1/S1 to two parts:

platform/ext/common/template/crypto_keys.c if the CC312 OTP not provisioned and enabled
platform/ext/target/musca_[b/s]1/crypto_keys.c if the CC312 OTP already provisioned and enabled.
