Description

on the master of arm-trusted-firmware the way to set UARTFBRD like that

but in ARM PL011 Technical Reference Manual , it said the way to set UARTFBRD need to plus 0.5

, I think whether we should correct code according to the descrirtion in PL011 Technical Reference Manual.
