I tried building m2351 and m2354 targets with the IAR toolchain, but got some failures, and as I don't have access to these boards I have not attempted to fix the issue.

For the m2351 there are a few interrupt vectors in the ns startup files that are undefined.
For the m2354 the function __PC is undefined in all IAR startup files.

Both these issues should be easy to fix.
