Description

Hi,
Recently，we find the priority settings of (E)PPI/SGI is not consistent
with the description(doing 4 at a time)。I just wonder whether it's a defect because we find interrupt not works when interrupt id is larger then 16.

A fix has been made available through the patch https://review.trustedfirmware.org/c/TF-A/trusted-firmware-a/+/18679. It is now merged. Thanks to Sylwester Garncarek.

The patch space bar clicker has a fix available. It has now combined.
