Description

ARM DS-5 v5.29.1 comes with Armclang 6.10, and ARM Development Studio 2018.0 with Armclang 6.11. With this ticket we want to introduce support for these two versions when building the TF-M project.

Support for Armclang 6.11 needs our code in the NS app to incorporate the workaround described at:
