Current tfm_audit.a has linked MbedTLS all the time, but it was not in use now, so when modular audit log service, it's good to not build and link the MbedTLS.This optimization is to save build time and reduce the size of the tfm_audit.a for bench-marking.
This is a part of modular task which can be ahead.
