These patches implement and integrate the PSA ITS service. They also include the tests developed for ITS.

The patches passed the internal CI tests.
Manual tests: ConfigRegression, ConfigRegressionIPC, ConfigRegressionIPCTfmLevel2 on platforms AN521 (using FVP), Musca_A, and Musca_B1.
