Description

This task contains the work required for aligning Secure Storage Service with the PSA_Storage_API-1.0.0.

This task should update the SST service to closely align with the documented behavior and the
ITS PSA 1.0.0 implementation

The PSA arch tests may also need to be updated accordingly.
