Mbed TLS testing

Testing Mbed TLS on embedded platforms

Until Mbed TLS 2.27, there was built-in support for running unit tests on Mbed OS, albeit with manual fiddling. This possibility has been temporarily discontinued.

If the target platform runs Linux, see testing with Qemu.
