Due to the number of configuration files (ConfigXXXX.camke) is increasing, let's move these files into a dedicated directory (./configs) for a clear source structure.

Due to existing CI depends on these configurations files, I keep the Configuration files under the root directory and forward root directory files into the file under ./configs. Please create new configurations under ./configs directory; after CI configuration is changed, we will remove configurations under the root directory.
