Added the new boot_secure_memeql function, after some discussion about whether it'd be better to try and recreate all behaviour of memcpm or go for the simpler memeql. This should be used for any security critical comparisons.

Fixed the bugs in secure firmware after add build flags 'pedantic-errors' to GNUARM, bypassed some issues that difficult or will take too much efforts to solve.

Yeah, we have been such a quick pace for a while. There are still some major PSoC 6 feature coming in next 2 weeks. So I guess there will be a more stable code base in mid-OCt.
